The practicing ceremony with strengthening meditation chant and harmonizing instrumental sounds promotes spiritual growth and enriches the living structure of Wudang body moving arts. This concrete knowledge and material, which was conveyed in these seminar days for the personal practice of the daily ceremony on the way to the Dao, is very valuable for me. In this open seminary at Lao Zi College in the heart of Europe, Wudang Priest You Wei Lin taught the international students with detailed knowledge and warm didactic competence the Daoist way with the traditional morning ceremony.
